If you have vaccinated outside from Netherlands and need to do booster dose and registration, follow below procedures


call 030 800 28 99. They will guide to book for registering the vaccination taken outside Netherlands and to take booster dose.

Keep BSN number and vaccination certificate received from your home country or where you have taken vaccination. 

Registration can be done in Utrecht, Rotterdam or Amsterdam. 

To register for vaccination for kids, 

need to call 0800 7070
